***  When making a reservation on our website, you need to understand that our calendar is automatically synchronized with many Internet sites and booking platforms on which our apartments are published. Therefore, the possibility of simultaneous booking of apartments by the guest on the same dates at different sites is excluded.

      The apartment «Las Americas de LUX 98 m2» has been reformed by us specially to make it comfortable place. After a recent  reconstruction, you cant breath and feel the freshness and attracts guests from oll over. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room
combined with a corner kitchen  and a spacious terrace.
   The first bedroom is quite spacious: a famili with a child to rest. It has a large panoramic window with a wonderful ocean view. The second bedroom is smaller, very cozy, it has a large built-in wardrobe with a safe.
   A large bright kitchen, combined with a dining room and a hall that is unique in its types. It has eight windows! In the northern part you can see the well-known Teide volcano, in the western side the famous water park "Siam park" and, of course, the unique and unforgettable view of the Atlantic ocean.
   The apartment is equipped with everything that is necessary for a comfortable living: in the large bedroom and in the lounge there is a big flat screen TV and a  television that is connected and it counts with Russian and international channels, well as Internet. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer, a drinking water filter, a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner and a large  fridge. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils in sufficient quantity, which, in my opinion, is important for those who like to eat at home.  And our magnificent terrace deserves a separate description, where you can enjoy many wonderful evenings. The terrace is covered with artificial grass, which gives the impression of a living lawn. Sitting on the comfortable garden furniture it is nice to have a cap of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, maintain nice conversations. But the most noteworthy, which did not leave anyone indifferent, is a bar with chairs on the terrace with a stunning view of the ocean! On the terrace there is a fabric roof with electric control, which allows you to sunbathe without leaving the apartment, or enjoy a rest at home. The apartment is located on the 10th floor. Just imagine how well you can see the ships passing by. If you look down, you can see the pools and the newly renovated decorated courtyard. 
   The complex in which "Las Americas de LUX 102m2" is located has its very important advantages: two swimming pools (childrens and a large and a deep adult pool) equipped with sun loungers, a spacious courtyard after overhaul with beautifully planted plants, and, what is very important for motorists, its large and comfortable free parking.
        Las Americas can be safely called the heart of the south of Tenerife. It has magnificent coastal walking area with bicycle paths, many beautiful equipped beaches with black sand, cafes and restaurants, shops for every taste and opportunity, supermarkets, tourist excursion agencies, pharmacies and much more.
The complex with our apartment is very favourably located: no more than 200 meters futher from the ocean. Within walking distance of the water park "Siam park", immediately behind it is a large shopping center "Siam Mall". Not far from the complex is the Mercadona supermarket, which is  loved by everyone, where you can buy fresh and various products. There is a pharmacy on duty next to Mercadona. Hospital "Quirónsalud" and the bus station are located even closer. Many tourists prefer this area for the reason that there is no need to rent a car. A lot of restaurants for every taste allows you to spend another wonderful day with a glass of wine right on the beach.
    Along the shore there is a night club with a disco and restaurant "Papagayo Beach Club", and the worldly famous "Monkey Beach Club", where you can dance until the morning.
